태권도지도자 행동강령 지침 개발
이 연구의 목적은 태권도지도자가 추구해야 할 가치를 반영한 행동 기준을 설정하고, 이를 기반으로 하여 지도자 행동강령 표준 시안을 개 발하는 것이다. 연구 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내외 관련 기관의 강 령 사례를 수립하고 분석하였다. 둘째, 태권도지도자 행동강령 제정을 위한 지침을 개발하였다. 셋째, 태권도지도자 행동강령 시안을 구성하였 다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 제1장 총칙은 제1조(목적), 제2조(용어의 정의), 제3조(적용 범위), 제4조(준수의 의무와 책임) 등이다. 제2장은 행 동강령이다. 그 구성은 다음과 같다. 제5조는 태권도에 대한 책임: 수련 참여 및 보급에 대한 책임이다. 제6조는 수련생에 대한 책임이다. 제7조 는 지도자로서 져야 할 윤리적 책임: 품위 유지에 대한 책임이다. 제8조 는 전문성에 대한 책임이다. 제9조는 사회에 대한 책임이다. 제3장은 서 약으로 내용은 제10조 서약이다.
Development of Guidelines for Taekwondo Leaders' Code
The purpose of this study is to establish standards of behavior that reflect the values that Taekwondo leaders should pursue and to prepare standards for leaders' code of conduct based on them. The research procedure is as follows. First, the code cases of domestic and foreign related institutions were established and analyzed. Second, guidelines for enacting a code of conduct for Taekwondo leaders were developed. Third, a draft code of conduct for Taekwondo leaders was formed. The results of the study are as follows. Chapter 1 General Rules are Articles 1 (Purpose), 2 (Definition of Terms), 3 (Scope of Application), and 4 (Duty and Responsibility of Compliance). Chapter 2 is a code of conduct. Its composition is as follows. Article 5 is responsibility for Taekwondo: responsibility for participation and distribution of training. Article 6 is responsible for trainees. Article 7 is the ethical responsibility of being a leader: the responsibility of maintaining dignity. Article 8 is a responsibility for professionalism. Article 9 is a responsibility to society. Chapter 3 is a pledge and Article 10 is a pledge.
